• Candidate data — names, contact details, CVs, notes, and employment history you add to your workspace

• Payment information — billing details processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and operate the Tobix platform and its features
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Provide AI-powered screening, scoring, and candidate insights
• Send important service updates, billing notices, and support responses
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the product
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

3. Candidate Data

Candidate records you add to Tobix belong to your organization. We process this data solely to deliver the platform's features to you. We do not use candidate data for any purpose outside of your account, share it with other Tobix customers, or sell it to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent or legal basis to store and process candidate information within the platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export what you need. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@tobix.ai.

You may contact us at any time to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Export your candidate and client data

Tobix uses minimal cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function correctly as a result.
