Tobix does not guarantee recruitment outcomes, candidate placement, or hiring results. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes and should be used alongside human judgment.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using Tobix, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tobix.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are the data controller for all candidate information you store in Tobix. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis (such as consent or legitimate interest) to collect and store personal data about candidates. Tobix processes this data on your behalf and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Tobix offers the following plans:
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Tobix to charge the applicable amount on a recurring basis using the payment method you provide.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@tobix.ai within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your access continues until then.
All software, design, trademarks, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Tobix. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain full ownership of all candidate and client data you add to your workspace.
Tobix uses artificial intelligence to generate candidate scores, summaries, and recommendations. AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Tobix shall not be liable for any outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We will endeavor to give advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tobix shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tobix in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tobix if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
